Born from a Vision of African Excellence
Founded in 2015, ECLEE began as a European initiative to foster leadership and entrepreneurship education. Recognizing the immense potential and unique challenges of the African continent, we launched the Africa Initiative to create sustainable, locally-relevant educational solutions.
Our approach is built on the principle "By Africans, for Africa, with friends from around the world." We believe that lasting change comes from within, supported by global partnerships and expertise.
Today, we work across 15+ African countries, partnering with over 50 universities and training institutions to deliver world-class education that directly addresses local employment needs and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Prof. Mahamouda Salouhou
Founder & Director, ECLEE Africa Initiative
A visionary educator and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in international education and development. Prof. Salouhou has dedicated his career to bridging the gap between European educational excellence and African potential.
His work has been recognized by the European Union, African Union, and numerous international organizations for its innovative approach to skills development and youth empowerment across Africa.
